Roger and Jennifer Miller retired from their home in St. Louis, Missouri, USA to live in the Commonwealth of Dominica. They have been married 30 years and have one daughter who loves the island as much as her parents. Currently, Rog and Jen are planning the construction of an earth bag eco home.
